Fresh Meats
All
of City Foods' fresh meat items are produced fresh daily from domestic,
steer short plates-navels. These steer navels are purchased from
western slaughterers and boned by City Foods 2-3 days after slaughter
for the ultimate in freshness.
Our
foreman Bruno Humberg, with his 50 years of boning experience,
carefully monitors all of our skilled butchers. We are all proud
of
the high quality control Bruno strictly enforces.
The pride shows in all of our choice beef products. Our choice beef
products are all trimmed to rigid and consistent trim specifications.
Our fresh meat products are all packaged on brand new Super Vac packaging
equipment.
